The confession of Prum Phat aka Sou, messenger of division 310, implicated Chhai, chief of driving section in division 310, Kran, member of logistics in division 310. In February 1977, Voeung, working at division 310, assigned Kran and Chhai to convince soldiers of division 310.
ចម្លើយសារភាព ព្រំ ផាត ហៅ ស៊ូ នីរសាកងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឆៃ ប្រធានបើកឡាននៅកងពល ៣១០, ក្រាន សមាជិកភស្ដុភារ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ ២-១៩៧៧ វឿង កងពល ៣១០ បានចាត់តាំង ក្រាន និងឆៃ ឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផុស បំផុលក្នុងកងពល ៣១០។
