The confession of Saom Prum aka Prang, working at division 310, implicated Yiet, chief of logistical office in division 310. In 1976, Yiet assigned Voeun, working at division 310, to transport 5 trucks of medicines to be hidden at chief of Chamkar Andaung sub-district.
ចម្លើយសារភាព សោម ព្រំ ហៅ ប្រាង នៅកងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ យៀត ប្រធានភស្ដុភារមន្ទីរកងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ យៀត ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ វឿន កងពល ៣១០ ចាត់តាំងឱ្យដឹកថ្នាំពេទ្យចំនួន ៥ឡាន យកទៅលាក់ទុកនៅកន្លែង គណៈឃុំចំការអណ្ដូង។
