The confession of Chem Vann aka Phin, soldier of P-98, implicated Kun and Chhan, company economy, division 310. In August 1975, Kun and Chhan received the plots from Nut, chief of economic section, to eat and drink freely and steal medicine.
ចម្លើយសារភាព ចែម វ៉ាន់ ហៅ ភិន យុទ្ធជនព-៩៨ បានឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ គុន និង ឆន សេដ្ឋកិច្ចអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៥ គុននិងឆន បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីនុត ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ឱ្យផឹកស៊ី សេរីនិងលួចថ្នាំពេទ្យ។
