U.N, May 25 (UPI), Vietnam became Republic of Vietnam in the U.N. security council today. Soviet Ambassador Nikola T. Fedorenko complained last Thursday that the nameplate Vietnam at the Vietnamese delegation seat meant nothing. He urged the UN secretariat to do something about it.
