Summary / Abstract :

Vu Van Mau detailed Vietcong violations and gave evidence from Cambodian statistics of supply of explosive to Vietcong. He proposed commission to demarcate border. On future control of border, Mau ruled out use of I.C.C.'s and proposed mixed patrols or else international control under UN supervision.
