Ty Sovatha, worker of factory T-4, confessed that he convinced Dim to join the CIA in February 1975 with Thach Ry being an acceptor. After April 17, 1975, Ry Dim persuaded workers not to trust in the guideline of the Angkar and inspired people to say no to the communism, but, rather, join forces to strike the revolution.
ទី សុវត្ថា កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ បានឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួនបានអប់រំ រី ឌឹម ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែ២-១៩៧៥ ដែលមាន ថាច់ រី ជាអ្នកទទួល ស្គាល់។ ក្រោយ ១៧មេសា១៩៧៥ រី ឌឹមបានធ្វើសកម្មភាព បំផុសកម្មករមិនឱ្យជឿសេចក្ដីណែនាំរបស់អង្គការ បំផុសឱ្យប្រជាជន ស្អប់លទ្ធិកុម្មុយនិស្ដ និងបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យរួមកម្លាំងប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
