Summary / Abstract :
|
The Canadian delegation considers it necessary to appeal to a minority statement to the force going majority report.
The Canadian delegation agrees that the situation in Vietnam continues to be dangerously unstable, and event since February 07 in north and south Vietnam have provided a dramatic demonstration of this continuing condition. The legation believes, however, that the causes of this situation must be seen in context and, therefore reviewed in the framework of the commission's full range of responsibilities under the Geneva agreements. |
