Sihanouk is showing concern that VN was may spill over into Cambodia. In a speech on August 8, Sihanouk warned Ky that Cambodia and her friends would be ready to defend Cambodia's borders against attack. In view of Sihanouk's concern we appreciate Washington's efforts to play down UPI leak reference location HQ 325th Division.
