During the course of a conversation with certain US intelligence staff in Saigon recently relevant to the Cambodia by the Vietcong a case was quoted by them of a defector Vietminh 21t who had stated be had been one of a large body of troops who had been flown into Cambodia from North Vietnam and later saved to Laos by road.
