Summary / Abstract :
|
The Royal Cambodian Government does not wish a Vietcong victory in South Vietnam. Its policy is to deny Cambodian territory actively to the insurgents. The problem is therefore to determine to what extant the Vietcong succeed in making use of Cambodian soil in-spite of the efforts of the Cambodian authorities and armed forced to exclude them.
