Summary / Abstract :

The Royal Cambodian Government does not wish a Vietcong victory in South Vietnam. Its policy is to deny actively its territory to the insurgents. The problem is determine to what extent the Vietcong succeed in making use of Cambodia's territory in-spite of Cambodian efforts to exclude them.
