After the liberation in 1975 Tat, male, 35, moved from division 3 to 290 and was a division chief. On March 15, 1976, Tat appeared at staff office. From that, Tat and Chakrei often did the strange activities and had meeting at night while they had disappeared from the office.
តាត ភេទប្រុស អាយុ ៣៥ ឆ្នាំ។ ក្រោយរំដោះ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ប្ដូរពីកងពលទី៣ ភូមិភាគបូព៌ា មកកងពល២៩០ នាទីជាប្រធាន កងពល។ ថ្ងៃ១៥-៣-១៩៧៦ ពេលទៅនៅសេនាធិការ មានសកម្មភាពផ្លែកក្នុងការទាក់ទងជាមួយចក្រី ហើយលួចប្រជុំ ច្រើននៅពេលយប់ ពេលដែលណាតចេញទៅក្រៅបាត់។
