( The first sentence of this transmission was largely indistinct but the meeting would appear to have taken place somewhere in North Vietnam on 20 June). In view of present domestic and international situation, the Liason committee of the Alliance decided to hold a special session to main fest clearly its attitude toward the problem of restoring peace in Indochina.
