On November 12, at 3:30 p.m, in spite of the burning sun, many Cambodians and Vietnamese compatriots hurry to the public square. This square is big it appeared too small on ordinary days, but on that day it appeared to small to contain the population which flowed in form all parts more than 2,000 persons had already taken their places and more were coming.
