I saw foreign minister today Monday to hand him copie d' usage of my credentials. Interview lasted fifteen minutes and was mainly devoted to exchanged of compliments. Only point of interest was that Phurissara said that Cambodian looked forward to early normalization of relations with United States including resumption of diplomatic relations.
