Sisouk spoke at some length about Vang Pao's recent successful Campaingn on the Planine De Jarres. He claimed that the total cost of all the equipment, arms and food stuffs captured amounted to more than Dollars 50, 00, 000. He said the RLG took the view that the north Vietnamese were facing great problems in Laos which reflected the fact the they were facing similar problems at home and in South Vietnam.
