The referenced messages restricting travel by employees of the executive branch to Cambodia, are rescinded. Diplomatic relations between the US and Cambodia were resumed July 02. Pending re-establishment of a US diplomatic mission in Cambodia, US interests there are still represented by the Australian Embassy.
