Lloyd M.Rives a career foreign service officer has been appointed United States charge d' affaires adinterim in Phnom Penh and the Royal Cambodian goverment has announced it acceptance of this designation. Mr. Rives, who is 47 years old, was born in New York and served in the US Marine corps during world war II.
