[Editorial Report] After the welcoming speech by the city governor, Prince Sihanouk greets the audience of clergymen and citizens and praises their efforts to develop the city. Dealong with city's economic importance, he says that the surrounding forest region produces a large quantity of lumber for export, thereby providing jobs for inhabitants and gathering them for the defense of the frontier against the imperialists and their lackeys.
