In handwritten letter to be found in Cambodia: GRUNC/FUNC 1975 file, Samdech Penn Nouth informs Sihanouk, who was at the time in North Korea, that he has been forced to recall the GRUNC Ambassador to VN - Sien An - because the GRUNC's friends (China and others) had counselled that GRUNC should not accept the "Fait accompli" imposed by VN which continued to keep its armed forces at Koh Way.
