Radio Democratic Kampuchea in an editorial today greeted the convocation of the conference of Foreign Ministers of non-aligned countries. The editorial states the people of the non-aligned countries have seen who is their friend, who is their enemy, which country is really the supporter of non-alignment and which, while pretending to be non-aligned, is actually the gnat of an expansionist and imperialist power.
