Summary / Abstract :

Kampuchean (Cambodian soldiers fleeing a Vietnamese invasion force began crossing into Thailand today. Troops loyal to the Pol Pot regime were disarmed and held by Thai soldiers. At the name the Kampuchean Foreign Minster, Mr. Ieng Sary, sent a letter to the Thai Foreign Minister, possibly asking for asylum.
