Introduction
In your last progress report No. 27 of the 25th January 1978, We mentioned that an invitation from the present of the ICRC and the secretary general of the league of Red Cross Societies had been addressed to the president of the Red Cross of Vietnam to come to Geneva with his collaborator for discussion. We are pleased to report that the invitation accepted and that a delegation of the Red cross. |
