Pol Pot remnants:
Burchett said the Pol Pot remnants were finished as a military force. With the loss of their three main bases in the sweeps of late March-Early April, they no longer had any transport or heavy weapons. It was not possible for them to fight a people's war since they did not have any support from the people. |
