Summary / Abstract :

Report claimed that Phnom Penh was "Liberated" at 12:10 A.M. on January 07 after an offensive which began on December 25, the "dictatorial and war-lord Pol Pot-Ieng Sary clique" had been completely defeated. Six provinces had been liberated including Kampot, Takeo, Prey Veng, Kandal, Kampong Cham.
