The confession of Khut Heng aka Nai, secretary of Tank Unit, implicated Cheat, cadre of Regiment, Division 450. Suong, cadre of Division 450, called upon Cheat to attend the meeting and receive such plots as anti-party attack in July 1975 and recruiting more forces to be integrated into Division 450. The idea was to build the division into a unit of an absolute standpoint toward striking the Communist Party of Kampuchea.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ឃុត ហេង ហៅ ណៃ លេខាកងរថក្រោះ ឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ ជាតិ កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាធំ កងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ ឈ្មោះ សួង កម្មាភិបាលកងពល ៤៥០ បានហៅជាតិចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការក្បត់ដូចជាបង្កទំនាស់រវាងប្រជាជននិងកងទ័ព និងឱ្យកសាង កម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា។ ជាតិ បានទទួលផែនការជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ ដូចជាផែន ការវាយបក្សនៅខែ៧-១៩៧៥ ផែនការប្រមូលទ័ពថ្មី បញ្ចូលក្នុង កងពល ៤៥០ដើម្បីកសាងកងពលនេះឱ្យទៅជាអង្គភាពមួយមានស្មារ តីដាច់ខាតវាយបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដកម្ពុជា។
