Summary / Abstract :

In discussion of Chinese views on Soviet involvement in Afghanistan with Ni Zhengjam of MFA on January 17, Ni said that China had noted positively the specific measure which Australia, Canada the US, and Birtain had taken in reaction to do as much as possible to bring home to the Soviet Union that international opinion was strongly opposed to its involvement in Afghanistan.
