I asked Vice-Foreign Minister ,Zhang Wenjin, today December 27 to comment on the changes in the DK Government. In reply Zhang said that VN continued its aggression, that resistance continued, not only in the west but in the northeast, that it was impossible for VN to wipe these forces out.
