The confession of Sokh Nann, factory T-4 worker, implicated Tuy On, stayed in Thnaot village, Lum Hach sub-district, Ang Snuol district, Kandal province. In 1965, Tuy On worked in Kampong Tram sugar factory and then, he transferred to serve in Humanitarian organization at Thnal Torting. In 1970, Tuy On joined CIA.
ចម្លើយរបស់ សុក ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រ ត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ទុយ អុន នៅភូមិត្នោត ឃុំលំហាច ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាលថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៥ ទុយ អុន ធ្វើការនៅរោងចក្រស្ករស កំពង់ត្រាំ ។ ចូលអង្គការមនុស្សធម៌នៅថ្នល់ទទឹង ហើយ ទុយ អុន ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។
