The confession of Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of Regiment 12, Division 310, involved in an activity of Pha, working at Battalion, Division 450. On December 10, 1974, Pha attended the meeting and received Khuon's plot to expand traitorous forces and to mobilize former networks so as to prepare a plan to attack the revolution in the future.
ចម្លើយរបស់ សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ផា វរសេនាតូច កងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ នៅថ្ងៃទី១០-១២-១៩៧៤ ផា បានចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ពីឃួន និងប្រមូលខ្សែចាស់ឡើងវិញដើម្បីរៀបចំ កម្លាំងវាយបដិវត្ដនៅពេលអនាគត។
