The confession of Prum Phat aka Sou, messenger of Division 450, implicated in the activities of Vung and Phat. The two attended the meeting and reported on the anti-revolutionary activities through the channel of burrowing propaganda and putting poison into rice field water and vegetable to kill soldiers. Sou did not specify the detailed activities of Vung and Phat.
