The confession of Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of Division 502, confessed that Chhann, [member of]Company 12 Politics, and he received Oeun's plan to collect weapons and ammunition, to build up more forces, to destroy state materials, and to plant mines at Pochentong to kill foreign guests. In 1976, Chhann received Oeun's plans to divide forces into group to bring offices and factories into confusion.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជននៅក្នុងកងពល ៥០២ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឆាន់ នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ ១២ ថាៈ ឆាន់ និងខ្លួនបានទទួលផែនការពីអឿនឱ្យប្រមូលអាវុធគ្រាប់រំសេវទុក ប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ថែមទៀត បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈរដ្ឋ យកមីនទៅដាក់នៅ ពោធិចិនតុងដើម្បីសម្លាប់ភ្ញៀវបរទេស។ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឆាន់ បានទទួល ផែនការពីអឿនឱ្យចែកកម្លាំងធ្វើការអុកឡុកតាមមន្ទីរ និងរោងចក្រ។
