The confession of Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of Division 502, implicated in the activity of Vien, commander of Small Cell 2. In 1976, Vien and he received Vey's plot to increase hidden forces, to shoot dead senior cadre of the party, and to plant mines at Pochentong to kill foreign guests and to denounce the party's clout. Vien received plots from Oeun and Vey to divide forces into group to arson factory T-1 and to provoke turmoil within offices.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល ៥០២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ វៀន បញ្ជាការកងតូច២ ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ វៀន និង ខ្លួនបានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះវៃឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ថែមទៀត លួចបាញ់កម្មាភិបាលធំៗរបស់បក្ស យកមីនទៅដាក់នៅពោធិចិនតុង ដើម្បីសម្លាប់ភ្ញៀវបរទេសនិងបង្ខូចទ្ធិពលរបស់បក្ស។ វៀន ទទួល ផែនការពីអឿន និងវៃឱ្យចែកកម្លាំងទៅដុតរោងចក្រ ត-១ និងអុកឡុក តាមមន្ទីរ។
