The confession of Hum Hour, Deputy Chief of Company 1, Battalion 113, Regiment 11, Division 310, involved in an activity of Man. Mon called upon him, Man, and his networks to convene a treacherous meeting in 1973. The content of the meeting was to continue with the withdrawal of battlefield, to convince soldiers to defect from their lines, and to implement plans until the Angkar made his arrest.
