The confession of Uk Tha aka Vung, member of Sawmill Factory of Sre Ambel District, implicated Sim, Chief of Sotr Nikum District Hospital, Region 106. Sim was an undercover messenger for Por, [Chief of Trapeang Thom Sub-district, Siem Reap]. In 1972, Por provided Por with plans to lead the people to surrender to the enemy. Vung and Sim murdered 2 cadre and 2 messengers at Damrei Kaun village. Simtogether with Por and Thea took the responsibility for expanding the Free Khmer forces at local areas.
ចម្លើយរបស់ អ៊ុក ថា ហៅ វង់ សមាជិករោងចក្រអារឈើ ស្រុកស្រែអំបិល បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ស៊ឹម ប្រធានមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ស្រុកសូទ្រនិគម តំបន់ ១០៦ ថាៈ ស៊ឹម ជានិរសាសម្ងាត់ របស់ឈ្មោះ ពរ «ប្រធានឃុំត្រពាំងធំ សៀមរាប»។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ស៊ឹម ទទួលផែនការពី ពរឱ្យនាំប្រជាជនរត់ចូលខ្មាំង។ វង់ និង ស៊ឹម បានសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលអស់ពីរនាក់ និងនិរសាពីរនាក់នៅភូមិដំរីកូន។ ស៊ឹម មានភារកិច្ចពង្រីកកម្លាំង ខ្មែរសេរីនៅតាមមូលដ្ឋានជាមួយ ពរនិងធា។
