The confession of Eam Khoem aka Run, cadre of Battalion, Division 450, implicated in the record of Ai, Chief of Group of Division 450. Moreover, He convinced Ai to conspire with treacherous activities. In March 1976, Ai together with Ngen and Theang took 2-bag medicines near Daem Kor market. In October 1976, Ai attended the meeting and received Run's plots to strike the party in November 1976 and to prepare forces and fighting target.
ចម្លើយរបស់ អ៊ាម ខឹម ហៅ រុន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូចកងពល ៤៥០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អៃ ប្រធានក្រុមនៅកងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ ខ្លួនបាន អប់រំអៃឱ្យចូលក្នុងក្រុមក្បត់បាន។ អៃ មានភារកិច្ចដើរ បង្អើលធ្វើឱ្យកើតមានភាពចលាចលក្នុងក្រុងនិងបំផុសកម្មករតាមរោង ចក្រឱ្យមានទំនាស់គ្នា។ ខែ៣-១៩៧៦ អៃ រួមជាមួយង៉េននិងធាង បាន ចូលយកថ្នាំពេទ្យនៅក្បែផ្សារដើរគរបានពីរកន្ដ្រក។ ខែ១០-១៩៧៦ អៃ បានចូលព្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីរុននូវផែន ការវាយបក្សខែ១១ ១៩៧៦និងការរៀបចំកម្លាំងនិងមុខសញ្ញា ប្រយុទ្ធ។
