The confession of Eam Khoem aka Run, cadre of Battalion, Division 450, implicated Mum, working at Company Politics, Division 450. Mum indoctrinated him [Eam Khoem] with treacherous activities. In February 1976, Mum received Sem's plot to burn down factory, to provoke problems in an attempt to sow turbulence, and to make contact with factories to destroy factories.
ចម្លើយរបស់ អ៊ាម ខឹម ហៅ រុន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៤៥០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ មុំ នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ មុំ ត្រួវខ្លួនអប់រំឱ្យចូលរួមសកម្មភាពក្បត់ជាមួយគ្នា។ នៅខែ២ ១៩៧៦ មុំ បានទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី សែម ឱ្យដុតបំផ្លាញរោងចក្រ បំផុសទំនាស់ឱ្យមានភាពចលាចល ដើរទាក់ទងកម្មកររោងចក្រផេ្សងៗ ទៀតឱ្យបំផ្លាញរោងចក្រ។
