Sitrep as of July 05 at 14:30: In a nationally televised speech broadcast early on the afternoon of July 05, second Prime Minister Hun Sen (CPP) said that the RGC had solved recent problems with illegal troop deployments. He repeatedly criticized first Prime Minister Prince Norodom Ranariddh (FUNCINPEC) for "political treachery" and "illegal" actions, including negotiations with the Khmer Rouge.
