The confession of Net Thuk, Chief of Office of Battalion 312, Division 310, implicated in an activity of Ly, secretary of Battalion 314, Division 2, Kampong Thom, Northern Zone. Ly also attended the meeting, and received Mach's plot to convince soldiers to hate the revolutionary regime, to spy out secret and identify geography in preparation for countering the party in August 1976 and convincing soldiers to defect fromtheir lines.
