We have heard indirectly from the Egyptian Ambassador that the following four Vietnamese Political Figures have recently been arrested: Chu Van Tan: A Vice-Chairman of the standing committee of the central committee but was dropped after the Forth Party congress in 1976. He is a leading member of me of VN's minority tribes.
