The Indian charge D'A was briefed this Morn on the situation in Cambodia by Dinh Nho Lien, a vice Min At MFA. Lien stated Phnom Penh had been quote liberated unquoted by the Kampuchean National United Front For National Salvation (KNUFNS) on 7 January and the the Pol Pot /Ieng Sary regime had collapsed.
