The confession of Nget Chann aka Khuon, soldier of Office of Regiment 51, Division 502, implicated Pneou Moul, Chief of Sampeou Poun Sub-district. Moul adopted a betrayal view since 1972. Moul along with his networks convinced the villagers of Khporp to counter the revolution and to surrender to the enemy.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ង៉ែត ចន ហៅ ឃួន យុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរវរសេនាធំ ៥១ កងពល ៥០២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ព្នៅ មូល គណៈឃុំសំពៅពូន ថាៈ ក្បត់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧២។ ព្នៅ មូល រួមជាមួយបក្ខពួកបំផុស ប្រជាជននៅភូមិខ្ពប់ឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដនិងឱ្យរត់ចូលខ្មាំង។
