The confession of Chum Nien aka Phoan, medical woman of textile factory T-2, implicated Ms. Vien, Chief of Loom Repairer Group of Textile Factory T-2. In May 1975, Vien received Hiek's plots to inspire workers to invite problems, to destroy factory's materials and not to take care of patients.
