LT Col K.J O' Neill , formerly, Australian services attache in Cambodia, recently, received to letter from commandant Magendi, French Assistant attache in Cambodia. In the letter Magendie stated that he is to be promoted to lieutenant colonel in a part and will be returning to France to command a regiment in mid-July.
