The confession of Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of division 502, confessed that he knew the activities of Chhay, chief of group at big cell 3, division 502. In 1976, Chhay and Phat received plot from Oeun to continuously build up forces and steal rice for future plan.
ចម្លើយឆាយ ចេង ហៅផាត យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៥០២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឆាយ មេក្រុមនៅកងធំទី៣ កងពល ៥០២ ថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ឆាយ និង វា«ផាត»ទទួលផែនការពីអឿន អោយប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ បន្ដទៀត និង លួចអង្ករស្រូវត្រៀមទុកទៅថ្ងៃអនាគត។
