1. Yesterday afternoon I met Hun Sen for two hours, the first diplomatic so to do following the king appointing him that day as the Prime minister of the new royal government . The conversation touched primarily on three issues: Cambodia's relations with the UN, The basis of the current agreement between CPP and FUNCINPEC to form a new government, and the prospect for the future.
