Summary / Abstract :

1) On 8 and 9 February, The government and RCAF preside over two ceremonies in Sam lot and Anlong Veng respectively of what were termed the ''Final'' reintegration of the Khmer Rouge, Thus purportedly bringing all former guerrillas, save for Ta Mok, and his small group , back in to the fold.
