In a separate memorandum of today's date, We have given an account of the a group Peking-Based ambassador on the situation in Kampuchea following their recent visit to Phnom Penh and Seam Reap that account dose not refer, except in passing to China's attitude to the present conflict with Vietnam on which some of the Ambassador have commented during conversations with US.
