Hanoi VNA January armed violations of Vietnamese territories and national enmity fanned against Vietnam by Kampuchea authorities have been clearly evidence by deposition of captured Kampuchea troops and seized documents. Report adopted by a conference of the Eastern sector beginning on July 17, 1977 said:
"On the military plane we must be ready to fight to anni-hilate the enemy at my time or night,.. |
