Summary / Abstract :
|
The escalating violence in Cambodia is unlikely to improve prospects for a political settlement or for stability . It is possible that the PRK will be able to hold its own, given the large quantities of weapons you have supplied . But it is at least equally possible that the KR will do well in any fighting in neither case do we see much hope for an outcome that will serve anyone's interests.
